My name is Alexis, and I’m a longtime graphic designer and photographer returning to the craft that I’ve always been passionate about. After years away, I found myself missing the process—the attention to detail, the creativity, and the satisfaction of capturing a space exactly as it is meant to be seen.My goal is simple: to make the process of getting great photos and media for your listings as easy and straightforward as possible. No unnecessary upsells, no complicated packages, just personable, yet professional results that help homes stand out and sell.I care about the communities around here and the people working in them, and I enjoy playing a small part in helping showcase the homes and neighborhoods that make this area what it is.I take a very hands-on approach to my work. A stabilized handheld video that starts outside and flows naturally through the entryway and interior, creating an immersive walk-through experience. This engaging marketing tool is delivered as a fully edited video with music, approximately 1.5 to 2.5 minutes in length.

What's the Process Look Like?
1. Submit Your Request
Enter your contact information below if you haven't previously already. You'll receive a welcome email with all of my contact information. Once I see your request, I’ll reach out to discuss the services you’d like (photos, video, drone, etc). Have your photography request(s) ready with the property address, requested date, and any additional details that I should know!2. Plan the Services
We’ll review the property and determine the best services to showcase the home. I’ll answer any questions and will happily provide recommendations if needed.3. Agreement & Invoice
Before the shoot, I’ll send over a commercial photography agreement for both of us to review and sign. This helps clearly outline the services being provided and protects both parties. You’ll also receive an itemized invoice for your records detailing the services selected.4. Schedule the Shoot
We’ll choose a convenient day and time for me to visit the home and capture the content. If the weather or conditions (such as rain) aren’t ideal for the shoot, I’m happy to reschedule to ensure the property looks its best.5. Prepare the Property
Before the appointment, it’s helpful if the home is cleaned, decluttered, and photo-ready. Turning on lights, opening blinds, and tidying outdoor areas can make a big difference in the final images.6. Photography Day
I’ll arrive at the scheduled time and capture the requested services. Most shoots take about 60–120 minutes, but can take longer depending on property size and services ordered.7. Editing & Delivery
All photos and/or videos are professionally edited to ensure they look polished and market-ready. Final media will be delivered within 48-72 hours (time will vary based on amount of services ordered).8. Download & Use Your Media!
You’ll receive a delivery link where you can easily download your photos and/or videos for MLS listings, marketing, social media, and a separate gallery for your client(s).
